MindRaga Raga was born from a simple belief: every child deserves music education that is structured, joyful, and genuinely transformative not just lessons that fill time.

Jay Talsania

Founder, CEO

Jay is a multi-instrumentalist, singer, composer, and music educator. As a founding member of the Udaan Band, he has sung and written songs like Lamhe, Pukar, and Sadke. He started MindRaga to create a space where people can learn, grow, and build a meaningful connection with music.

Shakti Naidu

Head of Music Initiative

Guitarist, performer, and educator with 10+ years of experience. Formally trained through Trinity music grades and True School of Music. Has taught at Nahar International, Fazlani, MRPS, and HVB through Furtado School of Music.

Devendra Shevale

Program Manager & Keyboard Faculty

Program Manager & Keyboard Faculty with 10+ years of experience across Nahar, Lodha, C.P. Goenka, Rustomjee Cambridge, and 10+ other international schools. Has contributed to 50+ school performances, recitals, and band programs.
